At Desert Safari Dubai, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation (24+ hours)
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Late Cancellation (Within 24 hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time will be charged 100% of the booking amount. No refund will be issued for late cancellations.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive at the pickup location on time or miss the tour without prior cancellation, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Process
Cancellation Request
Submit your cancellation request via email at desertjourneytourism@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +971 54 323 3140.
Verification
Our team will verify your booking details and cancellation time to ensure eligibility for refund.
Refund Initiation
Once approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Processing Time
Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original booking. We cannot process refunds to different accounts.
3. Tour Modifications
If you need to make changes to your booking (such as date changes, number of guests, or tour type), please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
4. Weather & Safety Cancellations
Operator Cancellation
In rare cases of severe weather conditions (sandstorms, heavy rain, etc.) or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours. In such cases, you will be offered:
Desert safaris operate in all weather conditions except extreme cases. We monitor weather closely and will notify you immediately if cancellation is necessary.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

8. Important Notes
- All times mentioned are based on UAE local time (GST).
- Cancellation deadlines are strictly enforced based on the tour start time.
- Refunds for bank transfer payments may take additional processing time.
- We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
- Special event tours (New Year, holidays) may have different cancellation policies.
